WAP is one of the newest developments in Internet technology and allows it's users to view websites through their moblie telephones. You can also send and recieve emails through your 'phone.

If you have a WAP enabled phone you can view Eye of the Hawks at Wappy.to/Hawks or if you just have a bog standard Web link, you can see what all the fuss is about by clicking here.

This brand new service, on of the first Hockey WAP site in the UK is brought to you by Eye of the Hawks with the help of Wappy.com.

Although the service is at a very early stage, the WAP site is being developed to offer a full set of services although items such as Eye of the Hawks Talkback section will still only be available through the regular Web site.

Editor Tony Preece said about the new WAP site, "It's a great way to expand our service to Hawks fans and we believe it to be the first Ice Hockey WAP site in the UK."
